1. How are your cookies shipped  and what do you charge? Our cookies are shipped via USPS, 2nd day delivery. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your purchase. Local delivery is available to the Berlin, Voorhees and Medford NJ areas. A $10 delivery charge will be added to you invoice.  2. How long do your cookies last? Our cookies are baked with the freshest ingredients: butter, sugar, bleached flour, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. We also use fondant and royal icings, candies and ribbons to decorate our cookies. Therefore, please enjoy our cookies within 8 days of receipt.  3. Do your cookies contain any nuts ingredients? Most of our cookies do not contain nuts. However, nut products are present and used in our bakery.  4. What cookie products do you offer and what are your prices? Specialty Gift Box: Includes Party Favors nestled in crinkle paper packaged in a satin box adorned with our signature ribbon, gift card and daisy. Create Your Own Gift: Same as Specialty Gift Box , however, you select four to six cookies of your choice to create gift. Directions can be found under Create Your Own Gift category. Party Favors: Each favor is individually cello-wrapped and tied with a ribbon bow. Personalized tags are available for an additional $1 per favor. Cookie Gift Bags: One pound of “Classic Cookies” packaged in a clear with black polka dot cello-bag, citrus green bow and damask gift card. Cookie Trays: Cookie trays include Classic Cookies. Party Favors and Custom Center Pieces may be added for an additional fee. Local delivery and pick-up only.    5. When should I place my order? A 7 day lead time for preparing your order would be appreciated. If your time frame is different please contact us.  6. Is there a minimum order? Favors - 12 minimum per order. Cookie Gift Bags - One pound minimum per order.  7. Payment: We accept personal checks, money orders, and PayPal. Personal checks must be received 7 days prior to shipping  8. Is personalization of cookies available?: Yes, as long as the cookie size and design can accommodate personalization. A .25 cent per cookie fee is charged.  9. Cancellation Policy: Full refund:  If notice is given two weeks prior to event. 50% refund/nontransferable:  If notice given less than two weeks prior to event. No Refund:  If less than 48 hours or no notice at all. *All cancellations must be made by phone with a manager.  Cancellations left on voice mail or email will not be accepted. .
